A few weeks before DIMIRAH was an idea, I opened my wardrobe to get ready for a meetup with friends and realised I’d been wearing the same things for ages.

So I did what many of us do: I went shopping online the lazy way. I browsed five stores, couldn’t be bothered to mix and match, and bought everything from the last one. Victory, right?

The order arrived, and some of it just didn’t look right on me.

The question that changed things

That got me curious. What if I’d swapped a few pieces for something from another store? What if I could have worn them before buying?

When I told my friends, they all had the same story.

That’s how DIMIRAH began: one place to browse many Sri Lankan stores, see real outfits, and try pieces on before you buy.
